This section shows US 281 at Isom.  The major change here is that the exit for Jones-Maltsberger from southbound 281 will be merged with the exit for Isom and will continue on a seperate roadway under Isom before being shunted over to the access road.  The only other changes here are the addition of a southbound lane on 281 (which will be an exit only lane for Loop 410) and a northbound exit-only lane for Nakoma.
