This is US 281 at Sunset.  The only changes here are two additional northbound lanes, one of which is from the Jones-Maltsberger entrance and becomes an exit-only lane for Loop 410, and two additional southbound lanes, one of which is from the Airport Blvd. entrance ramp and becomes an exit-only lane for Jones-Maltsberger.
