This section is the US 281/Jones-Maltsberger interchange inside Loop 410, next to the Quarry.  The southbound 281 exit ramp to Jones-Maltsberger will be realigned so that it proceeds parallel to the freeway to its intersection with Jones-Maltsberger instead of curving to the right as it currently does.  Jones-Maltsberger itself will be shifted slightly westward to make room for the new intersection.  Also, an additional lane will be provided in both directions on the freeway by narrowing the inside shoulder and restriping the roadway.
