Home > Texas Highwayman Pages > San Antonio Freeway System > Photo Galleries > I-10/Loop 1604 Interchange Below are roadside pictures of the I-10 West/Loop 1604 interchange.  This interchange was built in the mid '80s and is a mostly-elevated cloverleaf with collector/distributor roads.  The access roads for I-10 and Loop 1604 run under the interchange ramps and meet at four at-grade intersections.  Also under the interchange is a park and ride lot for VIA Metropolitan Transit and a storage yard for TxDOT. The ramp from Loop 1604 westbound to I-10 eastbound (inbound) is behind that.
