I recently provided some data regarding
traffic counts to the the Vance Jackson Neighborhood, Inc. (VJNI), for a
position paper they drafted opposing digital billboards. (VJNI is
a homeowners association representing several neighborhoods along the
east side of I-10 between Callaghan and Huebner.) I don't quite
agree with the conclusions of their paper, but in the interest of
impartiality and open dialogue, here is a link to their website on the
